Tales of the Tempest celebrated its 20th anniversary, and protagonist Caius Qualls’ Japanese voice actor, Motoki Takagi, has marked the occasion by releasing a cover of the game’s opening theme, “VS,” originally performed by misono. The performance features Takagi in a Caius-inspired outfit, including a scarf.

Originally released in Japan on the DS on October 26, 2006, Tales of the Tempest follows Caius and his companions through a story about the conflict between humans and the beast-like Lycanth.
This was the 15th mainline title, though that followed controversy surrounding its poor reception and what exactly qualified as a Mothership entry. It was also never officially released in the West.
